Step 2: Pricing & Contract Agreement
Guaranteed Pricing
Once we’ve provided you a quote for your chosen plan, we go a step further to provide you with the peace of mind that comes with our guaranteed pricing.

Purchase Agreement
Whether you are buying or selling a house, we’ll walk you through the purchase agreement which outlines the conditions both the buyer and seller agreed upon by including the purchase price
Step 3: Interior Design & Product / Material Selections
One of our interior designers is with you every step of your selection process
Step 4: Pre-Construction
Prior to construction, we’ll meet with you to review the final structural & plan changes.

Step 6: Completion / Closing

Initial Punchlist & Final Walkthrough
Construction is wrapping up and a punch list of remaining items is complied. You’ll join our customer relations manager on a final walkthrough & new home orientation.

The day is here!
You’ve watched the construction from the ground up and now it’s finally yours! The closing date is the day you become the legal owner of your new home! You’ll receive the keys in addition to the information you need as a new homeowner.
